I was checking in on the blog of a friend of mine recently, and found that she had posted this video. As like her, this is not something I would have typically taken the time to watch. But, since I tend to find myself agreeing with her on most things I thought I'd give it a chance. Talk about a kick in the butt for those days when you feel like you can't get it done! I will remember this, and will get it out during those times when I feel like I'm at the end of my rope.
