8 months!...WHAT?!

MW is 8 months old today.  OMG!  Where has the time gone??  Here are his monthly "birthday" photo session shots.  Oh, and I should note: 1)  The stuffed animal in his lap, Monkey as I haved named him, is his absolute best friend on earth.  They go everywhere together.  2) The child is a stay-at-home baby, so he rarely gets out of his PJs.  3)  The child needs a haircut.  I'm aware of this but currently refusing to deal with the fact that he could even remotely be old enough already for a trim. 

Otherwise, we got a new camera for Christmas and when downloading the above photos I came across this little gem.  I feel like you can't get these kinds of shots with your everyday digital camera, mostly for the picture taking speed factor.  And if I wouldn't have been able to get this shot, well, you would have never known MW's "other side".  Enjoy! :)
